Import the complete Editor extension, wait for compilation and enable styling before editing your first row.
Install and open the tools#
- Open your Unity project. The publisher's compatibility statement is Unity 6000.3.13 or newer; earlier Unity versions have not been tested. The guide inspected Unity 6000.3.13f1.
- Import or retain
Assets/ERAGANX/Hierarchy Organizer Pro/, including Editor, UI resources, Documentation and Licenses. - Resolve Console compile errors, then open Tools > ERAGANX > Hierarchy Organizer Pro > Settings.
- Enable styling. In Window & Interaction, choose Quick Window and the default Alt Click gesture.
- Work in Edit Mode. Save the scene before expecting object assignments to survive closing/reopening the project.
| Menu entry | Action |
|---|---|
| Enable Styling | Toggle global styling display; a check mark indicates it is enabled. |
| Settings | Open the main controller for interaction, profiles, features, icons and data. |
| Documentation | Current source opens Documentation/README.md; the complete supplied PDF sits at the package root. |
No runtime setup is needed for styling#
Use existing hierarchy objects. Styling does not require a scene manager, camera, shader, runtime component or URP setup. It belongs to the Editor assembly and remains outside Player presentation.
Verify the import#
Confirm the Tools menu appears, Enable Styling is on and a saved, editable GameObject can open the chosen row editor. If another extension consumes Alt-click, choose a different opening gesture.
